PARK CITY — A 4-year-old Lehi boy died Thursday after a headstone fell on top of him.
The child was with his family at the Glenwood Cemetery, 402 Silver King Drive, when the accident occurred about 6 p.m.
The boy was taken to Park City Medical Center, where he died from his injuries, said Park City Police Capt. Phil Kirk.
The cemetery is a private, nonprofit cemetery.
"The first responder employees and agencies involved express their sincere condolences to the victim's family," Kirk said.
