On the Hunt With a Whole Foods Forager

Elly Truesdell is one of 12 local foragers employed by Whole Foods Market (WFM) across the company’s 350 stores. Every week she visits food halls, pop-up stores, farms, and candy shops in the Northeast region and taste-tests everything from barbecue sauce to kale.
